Every Read Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Every Read, a personal reading tracker developed and published by 80EZ Studio and made available in the United Kingdom, the United States, and other countries.

These Terms form an agreement between you and 80EZ Studio. By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, purchasing through, or using Every Read after these Terms have been made available to you, you agree to be bound by them. Where applicable law, Google Play rules, or a particular feature requires affirmative acceptance, you must complete that acceptance before using the relevant feature.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Every Read. You may still remove the app from your device and, where applicable, use the available account-deletion process.

Contact email: 80ezstudio@gmail.com

Privacy Policy: https://80ezstudio.github.io/EveryRead/privacy-policy.html

1. The Service

Every Read is a personal reading and book-tracking app. Depending on the app version, device, country, account status, age eligibility, email-verification status, subscription status, safety status, and technical availability, Every Read may allow you to:

Features may be introduced, tested, changed, limited, or withdrawn in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and Google Play requirements. A feature shown in screenshots, promotional material, test builds, demonstrations, or earlier app versions is not guaranteed to remain available unless it forms part of a current paid commitment that cannot lawfully be changed without notice or remedy.

2. Age Eligibility

Every Read Pro and Community are currently available only to users aged 18 or over.

Users under 18 may continue to use the Free features that are available to them. An under-18 age-assessment result blocks Pro and Community even where a subscription, purchase, trial, or entitlement was previously associated with the account.

Free use by minors

A user under 18 may use available Free reading-tracker features subject to these Terms, applicable law, and appropriate parent or guardian supervision.

A child under 13 may use local-only Free features only where a parent or guardian controls the device and supervises the use. A child under 13 must not create a Every Read account, provide personal information directly to 80EZ Studio, attempt to access Pro or Community, or use user-to-user features.

Users aged 13 to 17 may use eligible Free features and, where available, permitted account and cloud features. They must not attempt to purchase, restore, access, or participate in Pro or Community. If the law applying to a user requires a higher minimum age or parent or guardian authorisation for an account or particular processing, the stricter requirement applies.

Age assessment

Every Read does not ask a Free user for a birth date merely to use the Free reading tracker. An age assessment is requested only when a user deliberately attempts to access Pro, Community, or another feature restricted to adults.

You must provide accurate information during an age assessment. You must not misrepresent your age, use another person's details, manipulate your device date, create replacement accounts, or use any other method to bypass or help another person bypass an age gate.

The birth date entered during the age-assessment flow is used to calculate an age band. The full birth date is not intended to be stored in the Every Read database, profile, or application logs. The resulting age band, assessment timestamp, and relevant assessment-policy information may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

If you are assessed as under 18, you will not be eligible for Pro or Community. The app is designed not to show Pro prices, trial offers, purchase controls, or restore-purchase controls to users assessed as under 18 and not to intentionally begin a purchase request for them.

We may require a new age assessment where the previous assessment is missing, invalid, outdated, affected by a technical problem, or no longer sufficient under current rules. You may contact 80ezstudio@gmail.com if you believe an age result is incorrect.

3. Parents and Guardians

A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use eligible Free features is responsible for deciding whether the app is suitable, supervising use, explaining these Terms and the Privacy Policy, protecting the device and any permitted account, reviewing device and backup settings, and teaching the minor not to enter or share unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Parents and guardians must not permit a minor to use their adult identity, Google account, payment method, subscription, or age information to bypass the adult-only restrictions for Pro or Community.

Every Read is not a childcare, parental-control, identity-verification, safeguarding, counselling, crisis, or emergency-monitoring service and does not replace active parental supervision. Nothing in this section removes any duty that applicable law places on 80EZ Studio.

4. Accounts, Login, Verification, and Account Security

Every Read may be used in local-only mode without an account. An account may be required for cloud backup, synchronisation, restoration, Pro purchasing, purchase restoration, Community, social features, safety features, and other account-based functions.

Account access may be provided through email and password, Google Sign-In, or another supported authentication method. You must provide accurate account information, use only an account you are authorised to use, and keep your credentials and device secure.

A verified email may be required before cloud backup, Pro purchasing, Community, or another account-based feature can be used. Email verification is only one eligibility requirement. It does not by itself establish adult eligibility, activate Pro, or unlock Community.

You must not:

You are responsible for activity resulting from your deliberate acts, authorised use, account sharing, or failure to take reasonable security precautions. You are not responsible for losses caused by a breach of duty by 80EZ Studio that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You must promptly contact 80ezstudio@gmail.com if you reasonably suspect unauthorised access to your account or a material security issue involving Every Read.

5. Local-Only Data, Cloud Data, and Backups

In local-only mode, your reading information is stored on your device. 80EZ Studio cannot remotely access, restore, or delete information that exists only on your device.

You are responsible for protecting your device, reviewing Android or Google backup settings, and maintaining any independent copy you reasonably require. Local-only information may be lost if you delete it, clear app storage, uninstall the app, lose or replace the device, reset the device, or experience device or software failure.

Cloud backup, synchronisation, and restoration are provided as conveniences and are subject to account, verification, security, provider, and technical requirements. Although we use reasonable care and skill, no cloud system can guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent storage.

Data may be delayed, duplicated, conflicted, or lost because of deletion, incorrect account use, offline changes, sync conflicts, provider outages, software errors, unauthorised access, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits any remedy you have where loss is directly caused by a breach of these Terms or a duty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Usernames, Profiles, and Discoverability

Community profiles and username features are available only to eligible adults where enabled. You are responsible for the username, profile text, reading biography, avatar selection, and other profile information you submit.

A username or profile must not:

We may reserve usernames, prevent confusing or abusive names, require a change, remove a username, limit discoverability, or reassign a username where reasonably necessary to prevent impersonation, protect rights, address abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

A username does not give you ownership of a word, name, trade mark, brand, or other identifier. Community relationships and account status are associated with the account's internal identifier rather than ownership of a particular username.

7. User Content, Copyright, and the Licence You Grant

"User Content" means any username, profile text, note, quote, review, message, reaction, invitation, report, reading update, image where supported, or other material that you enter, store, send, submit, or share through My Bookshelf.

You retain ownership of original User Content you create, subject to rights belonging to authors, publishers, illustrators, photographers, trade mark owners, and other third parties.

You are responsible for deciding what to enter or share and for ensuring that you have the right to use it. My Bookshelf does not grant you copyright or publication rights in books, cover images, descriptions, quotations, reviews, photographs, icons, or other third-party material.

You must not submit another person's image, name, likeness, private communication, personal information, or other identifying material unless you have a lawful basis and any permission reasonably required for that use.

You must not reproduce, upload, distribute, or share more of a copyrighted work than applicable law permits. You must not distribute pirated books or files, remove ownership or attribution notices, falsely claim authorship, or infringe copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity, database, or other rights.

You grant 80EZ Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, format, display, make available to intended recipients, moderate, preserve, restrict, and remove User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

This licence does not transfer ownership. It ends when the relevant content is deleted, except where a copy remains temporarily in backups or is lawfully retained for safety, moderation, security, fraud prevention, complaints, appeals, evidence, legal obligations, or legal claims.

Private notes and quotes are not made public merely because they are stored or synchronised. They are made visible to another user only where you intentionally use a sharing or Community feature that displays them, subject to the feature's controls.

A recipient may retain or create a copy of content that you intentionally share with them. Deleting the original content or your account does not require 80EZ Studio to remove copies held outside systems it controls. Copying or redistributing content may nevertheless breach these Terms, the Community rules, privacy rights, or applicable law.

Copyright and other rights complaints

We respect copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity, and other legal rights. If you believe that content available through Every Read infringes a right that you own or are authorised to enforce, contact 80ezstudio@gmail.com.

Your notice should include:

We may request further information, preserve relevant evidence, remove or restrict content, contact the user responsible, or decline a request that is incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported. Knowingly making a false complaint may itself breach these Terms or applicable law.

8. Community and User-Generated Content

Community is optional and currently restricted to eligible adults aged 18 or over. Community may include public or discoverable profiles, username search, friends, friend requests, shared reading activity, Page Partners, invitations, participant lists, messages, reactions, notifications, Book Clubs where available, reporting, blocking, and moderation.

Before first participating in Community user-generated content, you must review and accept the Community rules presented by Every Read where the app requests that acceptance. You must not participate if you do not agree. Community rules and these Terms are separate from the Privacy Policy.

Community is intended for reading-related interaction. It is not a dating, sexual-content, anonymous-chat, marketplace, gambling, professional-advice, or emergency service.

You must not use Community, profiles, usernames, invitations, messages, reactions, book fields, or other features to:

You must not pressure another user to move a conversation off-platform, disclose personal information, change a safety setting, ignore a warning, or meet in person. You are responsible for interactions you voluntarily continue outside Every Read.

80EZ Studio does not verify or guarantee another user's identity, age, background, intentions, accuracy, or trustworthiness. Community safety tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every harmful account, item, or interaction will be detected or prevented.

Where a review, rating, recommendation, or reading opinion is visible to other users, it must reflect your genuine opinion or experience. You must not post knowingly false or misleading material, accept an undisclosed payment or benefit for it, impersonate another reviewer, or organise coordinated activity intended to manipulate ratings or target a user, author, publisher, or book.

9. Child Safety Standards

No person under 18 is permitted to participate in Community. A user who knows or reasonably suspects that an account participating in Community belongs to a person under 18 should stop interacting and report the concern.

Every Read has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including grooming, sextortion, sexual exploitation, trafficking for sexual purposes, or content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

You must not create, possess, request, send, store, distribute, facilitate, promote, link to, or attempt to obtain child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving a person under 18. Apparent, fictional, computer- generated, manipulated, or illustrated content may also be prohibited where it sexualises or exploits a minor or violates applicable law or Google Play policy.

You must not groom, exploit, blackmail, threaten, sexualise, or attempt to arrange sexual or unsafe contact with a minor. You must not ask a minor for an address, school, phone number, personal email address, precise location, financial information, password, private image, or other sensitive identifying information.

Where we obtain actual knowledge or a reasonable basis for concern, we may act immediately by removing or restricting content, preserving evidence, suspending or banning accounts, preventing evasion, and reporting relevant information where required or permitted by law.

Child-safety concerns may be reported through the available in-app reporting route or by emailing 80ezstudio@gmail.com. Every Read is not an emergency service. If a child or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.

10. Page Partners, Invitations, Messages, and Reactions

Page Partners allows eligible adults to read books with authorised participants and share reading-related thoughts as they progress. Invitations, participant limits, host controls, completion rules, end dates, availability, and message functions may vary by app version.

You may send invitations only to people you are permitted to contact. You must not use invitations or messages for harassment, pressure, advertising, spam, sexual content, scams, data collection, evasion of a block, or any purpose unrelated to lawful use of Every Read.

Page Partner messaging is intended to be text-only and limited to authorised participants in the relevant reading activity. Every Read does not permit unrestricted stranger messaging. You must not use other fields or features to bypass messaging restrictions.

Messages, reactions, and shared reading updates may be visible to relevant participants and may be reviewed by authorised personnel where reasonably necessary for support, safety, moderation, complaints, appeals, or legal compliance.

An invitation may be cancelled, declined, expire, become unavailable, or be blocked by age, entitlement, account, privacy, safety, or technical rules. An old link, notification, or copied invitation does not create a right to bypass current eligibility, blocking, or moderation controls.

11. Blocking, Reporting, Moderation, and Appeals

Where available, users may block accounts and report profiles, usernames, friend requests, invitations, messages, reactions, Page Partner activity, Book Club content, or other conduct. Reports must be honest, reasonably detailed, and made in good faith.

You must not make a knowingly false, abusive, repetitive, coordinated, or retaliatory report. You must not threaten another person with reporting to coerce them.

Blocking is intended to prevent or limit further interaction and visibility between affected accounts. Historic messages, reports, evidence, moderation records, purchase records, and audit information may remain where needed for safety, legal, technical, or record-keeping reasons.

We may use technical controls, automated checks, manual review, and moderator action. Where reasonably necessary and proportionate, we may:

Serious or urgent risks may be acted on without advance notice. We do not promise that every item will be reviewed before it is delivered or displayed, or that every harmful interaction will be identified immediately.

Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide information about a moderation decision and an opportunity to complain or appeal. An appeal does not automatically pause an urgent safety restriction or restore content. Appeals may be submitted through an available in-app route or to 80ezstudio@gmail.com.

12. Every Read Pro, Purchases, Trials, and Subscriptions

Every Read Pro is currently available only to eligible adults aged 18 or over. An active purchase or entitlement does not override an under-18 age-assessment result, an account suspension, a legal restriction, or a valid safety restriction.

Pro may be offered through monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. An annual plan may include a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers where that trial is clearly displayed in the purchase flow. A trial is not guaranteed and may be unavailable because of previous use, account status, country, Google Play rules, or other eligibility criteria.

The exact product, price, currency, taxes, billing period, trial duration, trial eligibility, renewal date, and included features are shown before purchase through Every Read and Google Play. Review that information before confirming a purchase.

Where a free trial is offered, it normally converts to a paid subscription at the price and billing period shown before purchase unless cancelled before the trial ends. Subscriptions normally renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Google Play charges the payment method associated with the Google account used for the purchase.

You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through the subscriptions section of the Google Play account used for the purchase. Deleting the app, signing out, changing a Every Read username, or deleting a Every Read account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal, and access ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid period, subject to Google Play rules, refunds, chargebacks, account status, safety restrictions, and applicable law.

RevenueCat may be used to verify and manage subscription entitlements. A purchase may not activate immediately where Google Play or RevenueCat has not confirmed the transaction, the device is offline, the wrong Google account is being used, or a technical issue occurs. Restore-purchase functionality is subject to the same eligibility and provider requirements.

We may suspend or remove an entitlement where a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, fraudulent, invalid, associated with an ineligible user, or no longer confirmed by the authorised provider. We will not intentionally charge a user outside the purchase terms accepted through Google Play.

Refunds and billing disputes may be handled by Google Play, 80EZ Studio, or another authorised provider depending on the transaction and applicable rules. Google Play refund policies do not replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Plans, prices, trials, renewal terms, or included features may change subject to applicable law, required notice, and Google Play rules. Updating these Terms alone does not apply a new subscription price to an existing subscription.

13. Consumer Rights and Digital Content

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where consumer law applies, Every Read and paid digital content or services must meet any mandatory standards, including requirements relating to reasonable care and skill, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and conformity with the description provided at purchase, to the extent those requirements apply.

If paid digital content or a paid service is faulty or not supplied as required, you may have legal remedies such as repair, repeat performance, price reduction, refund, or another remedy depending on the circumstances and the law applying to you.

You may also have statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights depending on your country, the type of contract, whether performance or digital delivery began with your consent, and the relevant purchase process. Information shown by Google Play or another authorised provider forms part of the purchase information and should be reviewed before purchase.

Contact 80ezstudio@gmail.com if you believe a paid feature has not been supplied as described or you need support exercising a mandatory consumer right.

14. Additional Terms for United States Users

If you access or use Every Read in the United States, these additional terms apply together with the rest of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under United States federal or state law.

United States consumer protections

You retain any mandatory rights that apply under federal law and the law of your state, including applicable rights relating to digital content, subscriptions, automatic renewal, privacy, data security, unfair or deceptive practices, refunds, and access to courts. Any exclusion, limitation, choice-of-law clause, or remedy in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

Subscription price, billing frequency, trial terms, renewal information, and cancellation instructions are shown before purchase through Every Read and Google Play. Google Play normally processes the transaction and provides subscription-management controls. Any mandatory state-law notice, cancellation, refund, or automatic-renewal right continues to apply.

United States children's privacy

The account, cloud, Pro, and Community portions of Every Read are not directed to children under 13. A child under 13 may use only eligible local-only Free features under a parent or guardian's control and supervision and must not create an account or submit personal information online to 80EZ Studio.

If we learn that an account or online submission involves a child under 13 contrary to these rules, we may restrict or delete the account and associated information as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and other applicable law. Parent and guardian requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

United States privacy rights

Residents of California and other states may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and in some circumstances to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive information, use an authorised agent, receive non-discriminatory treatment, or appeal a denied request. The applicable process is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disputes and local courts

These Terms do not require individual arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver. The governing-law section below remains subject to any mandatory right of a United States consumer to bring a claim in a competent federal or state court in the consumer's state or another forum required by law.

United States copyright complaints

A copyright owner or authorised representative may use the copyright and other rights-complaint process in Section 7. A notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the complainant's contact information and authority, and a good-faith explanation of the complaint. We may remove or restrict material, preserve evidence, contact the user responsible, or request further information where appropriate.

15. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Purchases

Every Read may include links to third-party websites, apps, or services, including Amazon book pages.

Some links may be affiliate links. This means that if you tap a link and make a qualifying purchase, 80EZ Studio may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

You do not need to use an affiliate link or buy a book through an affiliate link to use the core reading-tracker features of Every Read.

80EZ Studio is not the seller of books or products purchased through Amazon or another third party. The relevant third party is responsible for product descriptions, prices, availability, payment, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, account issues, and customer service.

External purchases and services are governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policy. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, suitability, quality, legality, or current price of a third-party product or offer.

16. Book Data, Recommendations, and Third-Party Services

Every Read may use or link to services provided by Firebase, Google, Google Play, RevenueCat, Google Books, Open Library, The New York Times, Amazon, GitHub Pages, and other providers.

Book titles, covers, descriptions, author names, ISBNs, page counts, publication details, bestseller information, recommendations, and other metadata may be supplied by third parties. Third-party information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or changed by the provider.

Recommendations, ratings, bestseller information, and book metadata are provided for information and discovery. They are not guarantees of quality, suitability, availability, price, or accuracy.

External services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, licences, availability, and technical requirements. 80EZ Studio is not responsible for a third-party service outside its reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party icons, images, covers, fonts, data, and other materials may be used under licence or provider terms. Required attributions may be provided in Every Read, on the app store listing, alongside the relevant material, or on the Credits and Third-Party Attributions page at https://80ezstudio.github.io/EveryRead/credits.html.

Corrections

Every Read may correct typographical errors, incorrect book metadata, broken links, technical errors, or inaccurate descriptions. Where displayed subscription or purchase information conflicts with the final information presented and accepted through Google Play, the confirmed Google Play transaction information will normally govern.

This corrections provision does not permit 80EZ Studio to alter a completed purchase retrospectively, impose a different price after confirmation, or remove any statutory consumer right.

17. App Licence and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, 80EZ Studio grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Every Read for lawful personal and non-commercial use.

Every Read's software, design, branding, original icons, illustrations, badges, layout, original text, and other original materials are owned by 80EZ Studio or used under licence. Third-party materials remain owned by their respective rights holders.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you must not:

The restriction on reverse engineering applies only to the extent that applicable law allows it to be restricted.

18. Availability, Maintenance, and Changes to the Service

We aim to provide Every Read with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device, operating-system version, network, third-party service, or future platform requirement.

We may maintain, patch, update, secure, adapt, limit, or temporarily suspend features for reasons including:

We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or discontinue Free features. Where a proposed change materially affects paid digital content or a subscription, we will act consistently with applicable consumer law, valid modification requirements, required notice, Google Play rules, and any right to a remedy or termination that applies.

We will not use a change clause to remove accrued statutory rights, retrospectively impose a new price, or avoid a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Disclaimers

Every Read is a personal reading and organisation tool. It does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, investment, safeguarding, educational, or emergency advice.

Recommendations, ratings, book metadata, Community activity, User Content, and third-party information may be incomplete, inaccurate, subjective, or unsuitable for a particular person.

Safety, blocking, reporting, moderation, age-assessment, and integrity controls are designed to reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every harmful account, message, item, security issue, or false statement will be prevented or detected.

To the extent permitted by law, Every Read is provided subject to the express commitments in these Terms and any mandatory legal guarantees. No wording in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, duty, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Responsibility and Liability

You are responsible for your User Content, conduct, account security, information you choose to share, interactions you voluntarily continue outside Every Read, and losses caused by your deliberate unlawful conduct, fraud, or knowing infringement of another person's rights.

To the extent permitted by law, 80EZ Studio is not responsible for loss that:

These exclusions do not apply where the loss was directly caused by 80EZ Studio's breach of these Terms, failure to use reasonable care and skill, negligence, breach of data-protection duties, or another responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, mandatory data-protection obligations, mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where 80EZ Studio breaches these Terms or fails to use reasonable care and skill, it is responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by that breach, subject to applicable law.

Every Read is supplied for personal and non-commercial use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use for a business purpose.

21. Restriction, Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate content, features, Community access, Pro access, or an account where we reasonably believe that:

Where appropriate, we will consider the seriousness, context, evidence, history, risk, proportionality, and any available appeal. Urgent restrictions may be imposed without advance notice.

A restriction or suspension may affect paid features. Any effect on subscription access, cancellation, price reduction, or refund will be handled consistently with applicable law and Google Play rules.

You may stop using Every Read at any time. If you created an account, you can request permanent account deletion through Settings > Account > Delete account or through: https://80ezstudio.github.io/EveryRead/delete-account/.

Account deletion is irreversible after completion. It initiates deletion of eligible account and cloud information subject to limited retention for safety, evidence, security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, disputes, appeals, legal obligations, and provider backup cycles, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Local-only data must be removed separately from the device. Deleting a Every Read account, deleting the app, or signing out does not cancel a Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription through the Google Play account used for the purchase.

22. Essential Communications and Support

We may send or display communications reasonably necessary to provide the service, including email verification, password reset, purchase, security, account, safety, moderation, policy-change, and support communications.

Essential service communications are not marketing. Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by law and may be opted out of as required.

Where permitted by law, notices, policies, confirmations, and other communications may be provided electronically through Every Read, the email address associated with your account, Google Play, or the relevant public legal page. You are responsible for maintaining reasonable access to the email address associated with your account.

Support responses are based on the information available and do not create a separate warranty or override these Terms, Google Play terms, or mandatory legal rights.

23. Feedback

You may choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Every Read. You permit 80EZ Studio to use, analyse, adapt, and implement that feedback without payment or obligation, provided that this does not transfer ownership of your existing User Content or permit disclosure of personal information contrary to the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, or material you are not authorised to disclose as feedback.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the app, subscriptions, Community features, safety features, service providers, platform rules, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown at the top.

Material changes will be communicated through the app, the Terms page, email where appropriate, or another reasonable method. Where applicable law or Google Play rules require affirmative agreement, continued use alone will not replace that agreement.

Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights or remedies. If you do not agree to an updated term, you should stop using the affected feature and may delete your account, subject to managing any subscription separately through Google Play.

25. Governing Law, Courts, and General Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, including in the United States, you retain any mandatory federal, state, or local consumer protections that apply in your country, state, or region and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your account or rights under these Terms without permission. 80EZ Studio may transfer the service or these Terms as part of a genuine business reorganisation, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale, provided that mandatory consumer and privacy rights are preserved and required notice is given.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, agency, fiduciary relationship, or joint venture between you and 80EZ Studio.

No person who is not a party to these Terms has a right to enforce them, except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

26. Contact and Complaints

For questions about these Terms, account issues, purchase support, safety concerns, reports, moderation complaints, appeals, age-assessment reviews, account deletion, or legal notices, contact: 80ezstudio@gmail.com.

When contacting us, provide enough information to identify the issue without including unnecessary passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from contacting Google Play, a consumer-protection body, a data-protection regulator, law enforcement, a court, or another authority where you have the right to do so.
